What You Will Work On

Our work spans the full CSR lifecycle, from evidence-based need assessments and program architecture to ongoing monitoring, independent evaluation, and governance advisory. In a single year, a Chrysalis professional will be expected to:

Design CSR strategies and programs aligned with real community needs

Support due diligence, governance, and portfolio oversight

Strengthen monitoring, evaluation, and reporting systems

Conduct field research and data collection across geographies

Manage program and portfolio performance across stakeholders and partners

Provide strategic communications and stakeholder engagement support

Work on governance, finance, and compliance advisory

Your experience in consulting, CSR, development, research, or program management can directly contribute to this work.
